   • Download the Request Form (PDF) and Sample Request Letter. Email the completed form to tamahlani.noh@us.army.mil, or fax to (808) 672-1503.
     
3. Keep in contact
   • Keep in touch with the point of contact provided to you in your response letter. Please provide timely updates to any changes to your event.

NOTE: For a combination Parent Workshop, ROPES, presentations, static displays, etc., please make the generic statement:

"We would like the support of the Hawaii National Guard Drug Demand Reduction Program for your school name during the school year / fiscal year. Events itinerary will be submitted when scheduled."
