Hawaii National Guard Counterdrug Support ProgramOur mission is to provide RAID support, intelligence support, and drug demand reduction support to soldiers and airmen; to reduce the supply and demand of drugs and alcohol access to minors in the State of Hawaii. We do this by supporting law enforcement agencies and community based organizations to work together for a drug and underage drinking free State of Hawaii.

Kokua Ohana Aloha (KOA) ProgramThe Hawaii National Guard Counterdrug Program is the host of the K.O.A. program. The K.O.A. program, formerly known as the Akamai program, is coordinated by the State of Hawaii Family Court First Circuit.
The program consists of two evening sessions from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm held on the last two Thursdays of every month. Families will receive a letter from the Family Court, which will provide session dates and a map. It is very important that families attend, those who do not will be referred to Family Court.
