Hawaii Partnership to Prevent Underage Drinking (HPPUD) Logo

The Hawaii Partnership to Prevent Underage Drinking (HPPUD) was created in December 2002 to address the problem of underage drinking in the state of Hawaii. The members of the partnership represent county, state and federal agencies, non-profit organizations, private businesses and community residents concerned with the health of Hawaii's youth.

The structure of HPPUD consists of (1) four county coalitions to address the unique needs of each county, and (2) a statewide advisory counsil consisting of representatives from each county coalition.
